1) Print out sea creatures and waves on 8.5 x 11" cover weight paper
2) Cut out creatures and waves
3) Fold waves in 1/2 and glue together at the top
4) Using a hole punch, punch holes over white dots
5) Attach string to bottom 3 holes to hang sea life from
6) Glue creatures to hanging strings
7) Attach a piece of string to the top 2 holes to hang mobile
8) Hang and enjoy!
